FryDaze hit the streets in 2025, but our roots run much deeper. While our food truck may be new, our owner, Austin, brings over a decade of experience in the food industry. Having worked every position imaginable, Austin turned his passion for food into a reality by launching his own food truck and brand—thus, FryDaze was born.
We're a family-run business proudly serving Orange County and Southern California, with a mission to deliver phenomenal food, including our signature loaded fries, and exceptional catering services. At FryDaze, we believe that great meals bring people together and create lasting memories.
