Our Mission
FryDaze hit the streets in 2025, but our roots run much deeper. While the truck may be new, our owner, Austin, brings over a decade of experience in the food truck industry. Having worked every position imaginable, Austin turned his passion into a reality by launching his own truck and brand—thus, FryDaze was born.
We're a family-run business proudly serving Southern California, with a mission to deliver phenomenal food and exceptional catering services. At FryDaze, we believe that great meals bring people together and create lasting memories.

Hand-Battered Chicken Tenders w/ Fries
Crispy, golden brown chicken tenders made in-house, served with seasoned fries and are dripping in bold flavors like Garlic Parmesan, JD Honey BBQ, Buffalo, and FryDaze sauce.
Jalapeño Bombs
Four fresh jalapeños, tempura fried and stuffed with cream cheese and marinated ground beef. Topped with teriyaki sauce, Sriracha, and our FryDaze sauce.
Bomb Burger
Hand-crafted beef patty, topped with a jalapeño bomb, pepper jack cheese, and dripping with teriyaki sauce, Sriracha, and our FryDaze sauce, served on a warm brioche bun.
Sandwiches
